Zoids: Genesis was an action-packed anime series set on planet Zi, a world ravaged by natural disasters a thousand years prior. The story followed a teenage boy who discovered an ancient Liger-type Zoid during a salvage operation. When skeletal Bio-Zoids attacked the village to steal a powerful generator, the protagonist awakened the Zoid, which was linked to the village’s sacred sword. Together, they fought to protect their home from these mysterious enemies in a universe filled with adventure and science-fiction elements.
Each episode had a runtime of approximately 22 minutes. As a complete series, Zoids: Genesis remains a notable part of the Zoids franchise, remembered for its action sequences and post-apocalyptic setting.
