Piano no Mori was an anime series that first premiered on April 8, 2018. It was a story about two boys from very different backgrounds who shared a passion for the piano. One, Kai, was born to a prostitute and played an abandoned piano in the forest since childhood. The other, Syuhei, was raised in a family of renowned pianists and was immersed in classical music from a young age. The show depicted their journeys and the ways their lives became intertwined through their love of piano music.
