The series was an animated children's adventure that was based on the story of the Little Prince. It depicted the Little Prince living on Asteroid B612, where he spent his days tending to his volcanoes, weeding baobob trees, and caring for his Rose Girl. When he felt lonely, he would catch a comet in his butterfly net and fly to Earth to embark on various adventures.
The show featured Taiki Matsuno as the voice of the Little Prince.
