Is Buried coming back?

Buried is a crime series that premiered in 2021 on Paramount+ with Showtime. It follows the story of Eileen Franklin, who, while playing with her young daughter, suddenly recalled witnessing the rape and murder of her childhood best friend, Susan Nason. This traumatic memory led to the reopening of a nearly 20-year-old cold case. The series explores the investigation and the shocking revelation that Eileen believed her own father, George Franklin, was the murderer.

Each episode has a runtime of 60 minutes. The series was a limited run with its first season concluding in October 2021.
