Is Bucchigire! coming back?

Bucchigire! ended on September 23, 2022, on Tokyo MX. The show concluded after its 12-episode run, which started on July 8, 2022. There are no current plans for a new season or continuation at this time.

Bucchigire! was an action-packed anime series set in a fictionalized version of Japan during the era when samurai ruled. The series followed a group of seven criminals who were chosen to replace members of the Shinsengumi, a historic police force, after they were wiped out by the Masked Demons. Led by Ichibanboshi, whose parents were also victims of the Masked Demons, the group sought to restore peace and justice while seeking revenge for their loved ones. The story depicted their efforts to fight against chaos and bring order to Kyoto.
