The Neighbors was a comedy and science-fiction series that aired from 2012 to 2014. It was about a family that moved into a gated community in New Jersey called "Hidden Hills," only to discover that all the residents were aliens from another planet. The show depicted the humorous interactions between the family and their extraterrestrial neighbors, who had peculiar behaviors such as identifying themselves with sports celebrity names, patrolling in golf carts, and communicating through reading instead of eating.
The cast included Jami Gertz as Debbie Weaver, Lenny Venito as Marty Weaver, Simon Templeman as Larry Bird, Toks Olagundoye as Jackie Joyner-Kersee, Ian Patrick as Dick Butkus, and Tim Jo as Reggie Jackson.
