The series was a comedy, adventure, and science-fiction show that originally premiered in 1967. It followed the story of Luke Carpenter, a prospector who was frozen in suspended animation in 1900 and thawed out in the modern era, perfectly preserved at 33 years old. He moved in with his son and struggled to adjust to life in the 20th century while keeping his true identity a secret.
The cast included Monte Markham as Luke Carpenter/Ken Carpenter, Arthur O'Connell as Edwin Carpenter, and Frank Maxwell as Colonel Garroway.
