The show followed Gao Bing Bing, a modern woman who believed she was the reincarnation of Jade Girl, as she navigated her feelings and relationships with her childhood friends Wang Zhen and Li Ru Long. The series explored themes of love, reincarnation, and ancient curses, with the characters' lives intertwined over seven reincarnations in an ongoing quest to break a centuries-old curse.
