After a massive explosion at the construction site of the upcoming International City Expo 2023, Kazuhiko suspected it was no accident. He was tasked, along with a new recruit, to uncover the mastermind behind the attack.

The series starred Tatsuya Fujiwara as Kazuhiko Takano. It had a runtime of 60 minutes per episode.
