Marsupilami was a children's comedy and adventure series that first premiered on September 18, 1993. The show was based on Disney's version of the character, a fast-talking marsupial resembling a mix of a cheetah and a monkey with a long tail. The series followed the antics of Marsupilami and his supporting characters, including Maurice the Gorilla, Stewart the Elephant, Eduardo the Jaguar, and Norman the Poacher, among others. The stories depicted humorous adventures in a jungle setting, although they took some creative liberties with the original comic origins.
The cast included Jim Cummings as Norman, Dan Castellaneta as Stewart, Steve Mackall as Marsupilami, and Steve Landesberg as Eduardo. The series was rated 7.3 on TVMaze and had a runtime of 30 minutes per episode.
