In/Spectre was an anime series that premiered in 2020. It was a romantic mystery with supernatural elements, focusing on characters touched by spirits called yokai. The story followed Kotoko and Kuro, who had gained unique superhuman powers after their encounters with spirits. Kotoko sacrificed an eye and a leg to gain her abilities, while Kuro’s personal life was in disarray. When Kotoko proposed they team up to confront renegades from the spirit world, Kuro had little choice but to cooperate, though Kotoko’s motives might have been more complex.
Each episode had a runtime of approximately 30 minutes, and the series was part of the genres anime, romance, mystery, and supernatural.
