About Counterfeit Cat

Counterfeit Cat was a comedy and science-fiction series that followed Gark, a small blue alien in a purple cat costume, and Max, a real cat who was pampered by his owner Betty. Gark was sent for training in the city and believed Max to be a brave creature, thinking he could learn to be a hero and fulfill an ancient prophecy to save the universe. The series depicted their adventures as Max, despite his lack of bravery, was reluctantly pushed into situations outside Betty's apartment, leading to humorous and sci-fi inspired scenarios.
The show featured Marc Wootton as Max and Kayvan Novak as Betty. Each episode had a runtime of 30 minutes.
