The series was based on the comic book series "Hellblazer" from DC Comics and aired in 2014. It starred John Constantine, a seasoned demon hunter and master of the occult, who fought supernatural threats across the country. The show depicted his efforts to protect the innocent and confront dark forces, often using his knowledge of the dark arts and a wicked sense of humor. The storyline explored themes of good versus evil and the possibility of redemption for Constantine, who was already damned to hell but sought to do some good.
