Is Butch Cassidy & The Sundance Kids coming back?

Butch Cassidy & The Sundance Kids ended on December 1, 1973, after its single season on NBC. The show aired from September 8, 1973, to December 1, 1973, and has not been renewed or continued since then.

The series was an action and adventure show that followed a group of young musicians known as the Sundance Kids. In reality, they were undercover CIA agents who used their band as a cover to carry out secret missions. The characters received their assignments from Mr. Socrates, a large computer resembling HAL from '2001: A Space Odyssey,' who coordinated their activities through their manager, a branch of the CIA. Each episode featured at least one song, and the team often posed as musicians to avoid suspicion while solving cases.

The cast included Lloyd Nelson "Chip" Hand, Jr. as Butch Cassidy, Micky Dolenz as Wally, Kristina Holland as Stephanie, John Stephenson as Mr. Socrates, Judy Strangis as Merilee, Frank Welker as Elvis, and Cam Clarke as Vocalist. The show had a rating of 6.5 on TVMaze and each episode ran for approximately 25 minutes.
