Angels of Death was a horror and thriller anime series that premiered in July 2018. It was based on a story about a thirteen-year-old girl named Rachel who wakes up in an abandoned building with no memory of how she got there. As she wandered through the strange, maze-like space, she encountered Zack, a man covered in bandages wielding a sickle. The two formed a bond as they tried to find a way out, despite their mysterious circumstances and strange promises.
The series featured Nobuhiko Okamoto as Isaac "Zack" Foster and Haruka Chisuga as Rachel "Ray" Gardner. It was a 30-minute show rated 7 on TVMaze. The show was a dark, psychological story exploring themes of captivity and survival.
