Active Raid: Kidou Kyoushuushitsu Dai Hakkei was an anime series set in a dystopian part of Tokyo that had fallen into chaos. It followed Unit 8 of the 5th Special Public Security Section's 3rd Mobile Assault Division, known as "The Eighth," who used powered armor exoskeletons called "Willwear" to combat rising crime levels. The show depicted their efforts to restore order in a city plagued by lawlessness, combining elements of crime and science-fiction.
The cast included Nobunaga Shimazaki as Takeru Kuroki, Taishi Murata as Tomoki Hachijou, Ari Ozawa as Asami Kazari, and Natsuki Hanae as Mythos, among others.
