A Town Without Seasons ended on August 9, 2023, after its single season on Disney+. The show concluded its run on the same day it premiered, with all 10 episodes airing on that date.

The series was a drama and comedy set in a temporary housing settlement twelve years after a disaster called The What. It followed Shinsuke Tanaka, also known as Shorts Hansuke, who moved to the settlement with his cat Tora to report on the lives of the quirky residents to a shady figure named Mikimoto. The residents included a variety of eccentric characters, such as Roku-chan, who drove an invisible train; a homeless father and son dreaming of building a mansion; a father with many children after marrying a pop idol; two drunken married couples who argued constantly; and a young girl named Ganmodoki, who silently made masks at home.

The series was a unique blend of humor and drama, capturing the everyday lives of its unusual characters in a post-disaster setting.
