Fandango Media, LLC is an American ticketing company that sells movie tickets via its website and its mobile app. It also owns a streaming digital video store and streaming service, Rotten Tomatoes, and a streaming streaming service. In 2000, James Michael Cline, with Art Levitt, founded the company and secured $15 million in funding from venture capitalists Technology Crossover Ventures. In 2007, Comcast acquired the company, with plans to integrate it into a new entertainment website called "Fancast.com", set to launch the summer of 2007.
