Wunschpunsch was a children's fantasy comedy series that premiered in 2011. The series followed a wizard named Bubonic and his witch aunt Tyrannia, who were tasked with causing chaos in their city or facing severe punishment from their supervisor, Maledictus Maggot. To do so, they used an ancient magical parchment to cast spells, which had to be reversed within seven hours to prevent permanent effects. Their pets, Mauricio and Jacob, would seek out Aunt Noah, an old turtle at the local zoo, to solve riddles that helped undo the spells, often just in time.
Each episode had a runtime of approximately 30 minutes.
