About Wild Bear Rescue
Wild Bear Rescue ended on August 30, 2019, on CTV Wild Channel. The show concluded after its third season, which aired from June 14 to August 30, 2019.
Wild Bear Rescue was a nature series that followed the Langen family in Northern British Columbia, operating the Northern Lights Wildlife Shelter. This shelter was the only one in the world licensed to raise and release grizzly bears, and the show documented their round-the-clock efforts to care for and rehabilitate these animals.
The series featured Angelika Langen and Peter Langen as themselves, with David Orth serving as the narrator. It was a 30-minute program, providing viewers with insights into wildlife rescue and conservation efforts in a remote part of Canada.
