Квартирка ended on October 28, 2023, on the web channel Смотрим. The show concluded after its first season, which aired on the same day.

Квартирка was a comedy series that premiered in October 2023. It depicted the lives of Olga and Igor, a married couple living in a small Moscow apartment, whose routine was disrupted when Igor became interested in their daughter's girlfriend, Ksyusha. Olga responded decisively by asking Igor to leave and filing for divorce. Igor then moved in with Ksyusha and her mother Irina, but circumstances led him back to Olga’s apartment. Meanwhile, their daughter Masha fell in love, and her boyfriend Kirill turned out to be a nonresident, prompting the family to find creative solutions to their living situation. The series explored themes of family, relationships, and personal sacrifices in a humorous tone.

The episodes each ran for approximately 50 minutes, and the story focused on the humorous and sometimes awkward interactions among the family members as they navigated their new realities.
