"Малой" is an upcoming Russian television series that is currently in development. The show is set in Yugodonsk and follows Sasha, an excellent student at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, who is assigned to serve in a disadvantaged area. His goal is to find his father, a legendary figure in criminal investigation, but instead he encounters his complete opposite, the "Little One," an experienced operative who prefers to turn a blind eye to minor offenses for his own convenience. Sasha faces the challenge of solving complex cases and attempting to re-educate his father, who is used to solving problems on his own terms rather than following protocol. The series explores themes of law, justice, and personal integrity as Sasha tries to prove that it’s impossible to serve the rule of law while negotiating with those who violate it.

The series features actors such as Пелагея Свирина as a girl at the gas station and Оливия Бунина-Толкач as Sister Gleb.
