The show followed pop musician Ding Yat-chun, who moved to a small village to escape a plagiarism scandal and find some peace. During his stay, he accidentally released the ghost of Wan Lau-fong, a Cantonese opera diva from the 1990s who had forgotten her past. The series depicted their interactions as Yat-chun helped Lau-fong search for her lost love Kuk Hang-wan, leading to a developing bond between the human and the ghost amidst a backdrop of secrets and danger.

Each episode had a runtime of 60 minutes, and the show consisted of one season with 20 episodes.
