Is Toradora SOS!: Kuishinbou Banbanzai coming back?

Toradora SOS!: Kuishinbou Banbanzai ended in 2009. The series was a set of four comedy shorts that were bundled exclusively with the DVD volumes of the Japanese anime Toradora!
