Top Shot ended on August 28, 2013, on the History channel. The series concluded after its fifth season, which aired from May to August 2013. This marks the end of its run and there are no upcoming episodes scheduled.
Top Shot was a competition series that first premiered on June 6, 2010. It featured sixteen skilled marksmen competing for the title and a $100,000 prize package. Contestants faced weekly eliminations as they participated in individual and team challenges involving a variety of firearms and projectile weapons, including modern firearms, muzzle-loading muskets, throwing knives, and slingshots. The show was filmed with high-speed cameras that captured the action in slow motion to highlight the contestants' skills.
The show was hosted by presenter Colby Donaldson and included cast members Blake Miguez, Brian Zins, Chris Cerino, Jamie Franks, Joe Serafini, and Trent Griswold.
