Is ThunderCats coming back?

ThunderCats ended on September 29, 1989, after its four-season run on syndication.

The show was an action-adventure and fantasy series that originally premiered on January 23, 1985. It followed the inhabitants of the planet Thundera who, just before their planet's destruction, evacuated in a small group led by Jaga. They crash-landed on Third Earth, where they faced ongoing threats from Mumm-Ra and a band of mutants while establishing a new home and defending it with their unique weapons, including Lion-O's Sword of Omens.

The series featured a cast including Larry Kenney as Jackalman, Doug Preis as Alluro, Lynne Lipton as Wilykit and Luna, and Earl Hammond as Jaga, Vultureman, and Amok. It was a 30-minute show rated 6.8 on TVMaze.
