Is The Spectator coming back?

The Spectator ended on September 26, 2023, on TVB Jade.

It was a drama and thriller series that aired in 2023. The show followed policewoman Yiu Chi-yue, a highly sensitive person whose heightened senses and unique investigative methods helped her uncover clues at crime scenes. Her ability to empathize with victims and reconstruct events made her a distinctive figure in the police force. Throughout the series, Chi-yue teamed up with restaurant boss Wong Mik-hei, and together they encountered a series of murders committed by a serial killer. As the story progressed, she covertly challenged the killer, gradually uncovering their true identity. The narrative explored her internal conflicts, especially as Mik-hei made decisions that affected her life and career.

The series had a runtime of 45 minutes per episode and consisted of 20 episodes in its only season.
