It depicted a divided country where each prefecture became an independent nation, ruled by a prophet called "Mosa" and an army known as "Mob." The story followed four girls from the Saitama clan—Nozomi, Yukina, Ai, and Chiaya—who traveled across Japan on motorcycles to mediate conflicts between emerging nations and clans.

The cast included Ari Ozawa as Nozomi Moritomo, Rina Hidaka as Yukina Kosaka, Risa Taneda as Ai Hibiki, and Yumiri Hanamori as Chiaya Misono.
