The cast included Jackie Cooper as Socrates "Sock" Miller, Patricia Breslin as Amanda "Mandy" Peoples Miller, Mary Jane Croft as Cleo the Basset Hound, Margaret Irving as Augusta "Aunt Gus" Peoples, and Paul Maxey as Mayor John Peoples. The show had a runtime of 30 minutes per episode.
