It was an animated series that aired from 1966 to 1968, based on the Superman comics created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster. The show depicted the adventures of Superman, a superhero from the planet Krypton who protected Earth from various dangers. Clark Kent, a mild-mannered reporter at The Daily Planet, was Superman's secret identity. The series featured Superman fighting villains and saving the day, often alongside colleagues Perry White, Lois Lane, and Jimmy Olsen.
The cast included Bud Collyer voicing Clark Kent and Superman. The show had a runtime of 30 minutes per episode.
