The series was a drama that premiered in 2024 and centered around Claire, a popular English teacher who begins to hear a mysterious humming sound that no one else can perceive. As the noise disrupts her daily life and causes tension with her family, she discovers that a student named Kyle can also hear it. The story followed their growing friendship and their involvement with a group of neighbors, led by Jo and Omar, who also claimed to hear The Hum and believed it might be a special gift.

The show featured Rebecca Hall as Claire Kutty, Ollie West as Kyle Francis, and Prasanna Puwanarajah as Paul Kutty.
