The series was a comedy and crime show set in an Los Angeles police precinct that was an unusual mix of law enforcement officers, including a transsexual and an Elvis impersonator. The cast included Adam West as Capt. Rick Wright, Jonathan Perpich as Sgt. Price Pascall, Rick Ducommun as Officer William 'Raid' Raider, Ernie Hudson as Det. Sgt. Tremaine 'Night Train' Lane, and Randi Brooks as Officer Mel Brubaker.
