Is The Last Cop coming back?

The Last Cop ended on December 10, 2016, after its second season. The series concluded its run on NTV, bringing the story to a close.

The show was a comedy series that aired from 2015 to 2016, centered around detective Kyogoku Kosuke. In the series, Kosuke, who had been in a coma since 1985 after an explosion, wakes up in 2015 and must adjust to a world filled with new technology, values, and family dynamics. He returns to the Criminal Division, where he and his new partner Ryota are tasked with protecting classified security data from a terrorist group called Schiesser.

The cast included Toshiaki Karasawa as Kyogoku Kosuke and Masataka Kubota as Mochizuki Ryota.
