The Grim Lover was a drama series that explored themes of grief, loss, and supernatural intervention. The story centered around Won, an anesthesiologist who lost his longtime partner Fah in a tragic car accident. Overcome with sorrow and despair, Won was contemplating ending his life when he encountered Sepsawat, the Grim Reaper, who bore an uncanny resemblance to Fah. Sepsawat refused to allow Won to leave this world without his consent and helped him in his quest to prove Fah’s innocence.

The series featured Krittin Kitjaruwannakul as Sibsi/Fah and Naret Promphaopun as Won.
