The series was a drama, romance, and espionage story that followed 2nd LT Rhian Bonifacio, a military nurse for the AFP who secretly was a spy. She was trained by her father, Tiago, to seek revenge against his enemy, General Marcial. Throughout the series, Rhian found herself caught between her family’s conflicting loyalties, believing her actions served a greater good, until she uncovered that her father Tiago was manipulating her against her other father, Marcial.

The cast included Angel Locsin as Rhian Bonifacio, Paulo Avelino as Franco Segismundo, JC de Vera as Ethan del Fiero, Arjo Atayde as Elijah Sarmiento, Ryza Cenon as Jessica de Leon, Tirso Cruz III as Santiago Guerrero, Albert Martinez as Marcial de Leon, and Eula Valdez as Corazon de Leon.
