The Games ended on May 13, 2022, on ITV1. The show aired its entire first season over five episodes from May 9 to May 13, 2022.

The series was a sports competition that featured a dozen familiar faces who were taken out of their comfort zones to be coached, trained, and then compete in various sporting events. The goal was to top the medals table and be crowned the winner of the competition.

The cast included Holly Willoughby and Freddie Flintoff as hosts, Chris Kamara as the commentator, and Alex Scott as the trackside reporter.
