The Customer is Always Right is currently between seasons on BBC One. The most recent episode aired on May 8, 2020, and no new episodes have been scheduled since then.

The show was a reality series that premiered in April 2019. It followed three entrepreneurs as they showcased their products to a diverse group of returning customers, including YouTubers and everyday families, who provided honest feedback through video blogs. The products ranged from a GPS cat tracker to scented candles that melted into massage oil, as well as healthy baking mixes for pancakes and pizza dough. The entrepreneurs watched the videos with Lucy Alexander, who would then crown the winner based on the customers’ assessments.
