Is The Code coming back?

The Code ended on April 21, 2017, on BBC One. The show concluded after its second season, which aired from March 20, 2017, to April 21, 2017.

The series was a game show where contestants faced a locked safe filled with cash, starting with a jackpot of £3,000. They had to answer questions correctly to open the safe and win the prize. Each incorrect answer led to immediate elimination and increased the jackpot by £500. Contestants could choose to work alone or team up, with the potential to split the final prize if they collaborated.

The show was hosted by Matt Allwright and featured quiz expert Lesley-Anne Brewis providing additional facts and trivia. It was a 45-minute program that aired in 2016 and 2017, with a total of 50 episodes across two seasons. The series was a quiz-based entertainment show that combined individual and team strategies in a race against the clock to crack the code and claim the jackpot.
