Each half-hour episode took viewers to the farm and into the Culinary Vegetable Institute's industrial kitchen, where chefs like Emma Bengtsson, Curtis Duffy, Jenner Tomaska, and Rachael Ray used ingredients from the farm to create innovative dishes. The series showcased a variety of recipes, from beat granita with cured salmon to Thai spiced shepherd's pie and crab-stuffed burrata with roasted watermelon and tomatoes.
