The Adventure Series ended on March 26, 2016, after its first season aired on the Outdoor Channel.

The show was a documentary-style adventure hunting series that aired in 2016. It featured high-end production value and took viewers to extremely remote locations in North America, accessible only by bush plane, boat, horseback, or helicopter. Each episode showcased hunts for species such as Alaska's brown bear, interior grizzly bears, mountain goats, barren ground caribou, and some of Canada's best moose, caribou, grizzly, sheep, and goat hunts. Host Steve West traveled to these destinations with a professional video team, capturing the challenges and triumphs of demanding hunts in rugged environments. The series also highlighted Steve helping clients achieve their hunting goals, often overcoming physical and mental obstacles along the way.
