Teacher's Pet was an animated series that originally premiered on September 9, 2000. It was about a talking dog named Spot who disguised himself as a boy to attend school so he could stay close to his owner, Leonard Helperman. The series combined comedy and family themes, centered around the humorous situations that arose from Spot's secret and his attempts to navigate human society.
The cast included Shaun Fleming as Leonard Helperman, Debra Jo Rupp as Mary Lou Helperman, Nathan Lane as Spot Helperman, and others. The show had a rating of 6.3 on TVMaze and each episode ran approximately 30 minutes.
