It follows two different approaches to coaching: Eddy Bengtsson, an OS wrestler and MMA fighter, uses hard-hitting training methods to help their team improve, while Anders Svensson, a renowned Swedish footballer, shares insights based on his experience at the highest levels of sport. The ultimate goal for both teams is to complete the Stockholm Triathlon, but the series focuses on their personal journeys and the challenges they face along the way.
