Super Doll Licca-Chan was a fantasy adventure anime that was first broadcast in 1998. It told the story of Licca, who discovered she was the princess of the Doll Kingdom. The evil Dr. Scarecrow sought to seize her throne, prompting Licca's grandmother to give her a set of dolls. When needed, these dolls could transform into larger Doll Knights to protect Licca from danger.
The show featured voice actors such as Tomo Sakurai as Doll Licca, Kentaro Ito as Doll Isamu, and Michiko Neya as Doll Izumi. It was a family-friendly series with each episode lasting approximately 25 minutes.
