Strike Witches was an anime series set in an alternate 1944 where humanity fought against alien invaders called the Neuroi. The series depicted the battles of the 501st Joint Fighter Wing, a group of witches who used magical abilities and specialized aircraft to defend the British Isles from the Neuroi’s attacks. The story focused on their efforts to push back the alien threat and reclaim Earth, highlighting the unique role of witches in this wartime scenario.
The show featured voice actors such as Kaori Nazuka as Lynette Bishop, Miyuki Sawashiro as Perrine H. Clostermann, and Misato Fukuen as Yoshika Miyafuji. The series did not have a rated score on TVMaze and each episode had a runtime of approximately 25 minutes.
