The series depicted the activities of the 'Arachnid Film Unit,' a secret organization responsible for tackling sensitive and dangerous missions on behalf of the government, often beyond the reach of police authority. Set in London, the show used the documentary cover to conceal its agents' true identities, who were skilled operatives capable of lethal action when necessary.
