Hosted by former Olympic athlete Gregory Sedoc, the series explored innovations in top sport by speaking with scientists, psychologists, and nutritionists. Sedoc visited testing centers, wind tunnels, and universities to examine how science can help athletes become faster, higher, and stronger, aiming to push the boundaries of athletic performance.
