Space Cases was a science-fiction drama series that premiered in 1996. It followed the adventures of five space cadets, their two teachers, and a malfunctioning android named Thelma. After witnessing an alien spaceship called the Christa outside their Space Academy, the children boarded the ship and subsequently became lost in space, along with their assistant principal and teacher. The series focused on their efforts to navigate the dangers of space and find their way home.
The cast included Jewel Staite as Catalina, Anik Matern as Thelma, Cary Lawrence as T.J. Davenport, Kristian Ayre as Radu, Paige Christina as Rosie Ianni, Paul Boretski as Commander Seth Goddard, Walter Jones as Harlan Band, and Rahi Azizi as Bova. The show did not have a rated score on TVMaze and each episode ran for approximately 30 minutes.
