Sinbad ended on September 23, 2012, on Sky Showcase.

The series was a fantasy action and adventure show set in 8th century Arabia, following the journey of Sinbad, a young man seeking redemption. Condemned to search for a way to lift a curse that binds him to the seas, Sinbad fought to find goodness within himself. He earned his livelihood by fighting for money but found himself fleeing after inadvertently killing a man, leading him to escape by sea as a stowaway. Throughout their voyage, Sinbad and his diverse crew faced numerous dangers, including powerful enemies and their own inner demons, in a world full of vibrant cultures, faiths, and mythical creatures.

The show premiered in 2012 and was a single-season series with 12 episodes. It starred Elliot Knight as Sinbad, alongside Marama Corlett, Elliot Cowan, Junix Inocian, Dimitri Leonidas, Orla Brady, Estella Daniels, and Tuppence Middleton. The series holds a rating of 7.7 on TVMaze and each episode had a runtime of approximately 60 minutes.
