Silence was a drama series that aired in 2006. It told the story of Zhou Shen Shen, who lost her voice after a bus accident, and her friendship and romance with Qi Wei Yi, a boy with a broken leg. The series explored their emotional connection as they exchanged letters and promised to meet again at Christmas. Over the years, they grew closer, unaware of each other's true identities until Wei Yi, suffering from liver cancer, returned to find Shen Shen. To protect her from pain, he hid his illness and his feelings, ultimately pushing her away before he died.

The cast included Vic Zhou as Qi Wei Yi, Park Eun Hye as Zhao Shen Shen, Kingone Wang as Huang Zhi Ye, and Megan Lai as Mi Xiao Guang. The show had a runtime of approximately 90 minutes per episode.
