Sign was a medical investigation drama that premiered in 2011. It was centered around forensic doctors working to solve murder cases. The series followed rookie investigator Go Da Kyung, played by Kim Ah Joong, who was eager to prove herself, as she was paired with the renowned forensic doctor Yoon Ji Hoon, portrayed by Park Shin Yang. Initially, their different personalities and investigation styles led to clashes, but over time, they developed a complex partnership as they sought to uncover the truth through scientific methods.

The cast included Park Shin Yang as Yoon Ji Hoon, Uhm Ji Won as Jung Woo Jin, Jun Kwang Ryul as Lee Myung Han, Kim Ah Joong as Go Da Kyung, and Jung Gyu Woon as Choi Yi Han. The show did not have a rated score available and each episode ran for approximately 60 minutes.
